HVAC Home Pros began as a family-owned and state-licensed HVAC contracting company to better serve the people of Greater Birmingham Alabama with heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services. Like our customers, our founders saw first-hand how difficult and misleading the HVAC installation and services process had become; Salesmen or "comfort advisors" coming to your home pushing full installations and unnecessary repairs, non-transparent quotes, and rampant use of sub-contractors!

We set up HVAC Home Pros from the foundation to make sure we only do what is in the best interest of our customers. Whether that means spending extra time to help educate our customers about their HVAC system, staying up late and on the weekends to help fix AC issues or helping anyone find ways to save money on a new installation. We can do this because our technicians, receptionist, and installers DO NOT have sales commissions. When you request a free quote from some other HVAC companies, you invite a "comfort advisor" to inspect your HVAC system; this is actually just a salesman who is motivated to sell you the most expensive system they can for a higher commission adding significant cost to installations.

HVAC Home Pros provides you with education and a detailed professional estimate online or at your home when requested. No Subcontractors

All of our workers are full-time employees. The person coming to your home works directly for HVAC Home Pros

During the summer months, HVAC contractors will often times hire temporary sub-contractors to complete HVAC installations or repairs. These sub-contractors do not follow the same standards as the company and can have little experience in the trade. We only allow our full-time employees to complete our installations and repairs for our customers.

We know how important everything in your home is to you and your family. That is why we take special attention to make sure we leave your home as clean or cleaner than when we started. We always use foot coverings, cover floors and objects before working, and clean up after ourselves.
